The building is 11 stories and has two cable hoist elevators.

Only certain units have undercover parking spots.

All units have outside parking spots.

Pool is heated to 86 degrees.

Swimming hours are dawn to dusk and children must be supervised at all times. 

Renters and Guests are not allowed to have overnight pets.  Owners may have 1 pet.

Two week minimum rental is mandatory.

No trailers , No RVs , No vehicle signs.

All units are two bed and two bath.

All units are equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.

All units directly face the Gulf of Mexico and have a screened lanai.

Six person maximum per unit without the owner present.
